As Lucid Design has evolved and grown, we are finding it increasingly difficult to provide decent support for setting up and maintaining our clients’ cloud services.
I suspect many small to medium-sized creative agencies are in the same boat!
Setup, support and hand-holding are an important part of our business. But, the reality is, we are a creative agency and our passion and focus is on doing creative work.
Getting sidetracked in technical support and systems setup can be frustrating and time-consuming for the team and we are not big enough to have a dedicated person for this job.
I have been playing around with the idea for some time of setting up a white-label cloud setup and support company for agencies. This would enable agencies to effectively outsource their tech support while keeping a unified experience for their clients.
But I’d much prefer to find someone who’s already doing this!
If anyone has any tips or recommendations, I’d love to hear them.
